Должностные обязанности

Responsibilities and scope of work • To plan, organize, supervise, and control property technical services and maintenance programs in order to ensure the standards and safety of the building and the customers are maintained, the life of the technical equipment is prolonged, the energy consumption and costs are controlled, the customers are not affected by technical problems, in full accordance with the company policies and procedures. • To plan, organize and control special projects which have been developed to increase the company market share and profitability by rising property profile, to maintain facilities and services in line with competitive, changing industry. • To control and maintain Fire protection system in full accordance with local and company standards • To implement and control ‘Planned Maintenance System’ • To carry out regular and thorough building inspections, inclusive of all the building equipment, to ensure safety and maintenance standards are upheld monitor and control energy consumption • To maintain complete files of manufacturers data, specifications, manuals etc, on machinery and equipment • To maintain drawing files of architectural, mechanical, electrical layouts, including current and, as built drawings • To advise GM, OM of all the matters, relating to Engineering at all the times • To assist in prevention of any loss or theft of the company property at all time work in the safest possible manner, thereby reducing the possibility of accident, helping to keep Health and Safety Standards

Требования к квалификации

• Must have at least 5 years experience of modern European equipment, such as BMS, AHU’s, chillers, fire alarm system, sprinkler system, etc • Leader, technical, paper, people work • Analytical, self organized, • Independent, but also team player, mobile • Calm, outspoken, communicative • Ready to take responsibility, capable of instructing/teaching staff. • Pro-Active. • Good theoretical knowledge as well as capability and wish to work practically
